Size & Cap Guide

Measure once, order right

With a soft tape, measure around your hairline: front → behind one ear → nape → behind the other ear → back to front. Snug, not tight.

MeasurementCap size
under 21.5"Small
21.5" – 23"Average — what most units are built on
above 23"Large

These bands are what our caps are built to. Every style page repeats the circumference, front-to-nape and ear-to-ear figures so you can check before ordering.

What our caps fit

Every unit is built on a 22.0 in / 56 cm circumference cap — 14.5 in front-to-nape and 12.5 in ear-to-ear — with adjustable straps at the nape that take it from 21.5 to 23.0 in (54.5–58.5 cm). Glueless styles use the same cap with a wide elastic band instead of straps. If you measure above 23 in, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will sit comfortably on you.

The most common fit mistake is sizing up "just in case". A loose cap slides back during the day and exposes your own hairline — the opposite of what you want. Measure; don't guess.

Length, on a real body

LengthWhere it falls
8"–12"Chin to jaw — bob territory
14"Collarbone
16"–18"Top of the chest
20"–22"Below the chest
24"–26"Waist
28"–32"Hip — consider the higher density so ends don't look thin

Lengths are measured crown to ends, not from the hairline. A 22" unit looks considerably longer on someone 5'2" than on someone 5'9" — which is why our fit notes always reference height.
